This is one recipe that can increase your muscle gains and will help you better metabolize and synthesize protein. Mangoes are one fruit that are particularly loaded with healthy beta carotene and vitamin C and other digestive enzymes. Add strawberries and lemons for vitamin C, then apples that slows down the aging of cells.
- 3 strawberries
- 1 mango
- 1 apple
- ½ lemon
Take the mango and peel it, then take out pit before juicing. Take the stems off of strawberries, add (organic) lemons and then the apples with peels still on. Juice altogether and then enjoy.
Apple Watermelon Cleanse
This is one of the best most powerful body cleanses around for your kidneys, which are crucial for releasing and producing hormones like testosterone. A healthy kidney is a must for adding lean muscle and improving overall health. If you find that the watermelon is too sweet, opt for apple or use less watermelon. Organic apples work best as they contain fewer antioxidants and are better for glowing skin.
- Slice of watermelon 1-inch thick
- 2 apples
Remove watermelon rind, then seeds from apples before placing in juicer. Juice altogether and then enjoy.
Probiotics are important for adding bacteria to the digestive tract to help your body absorb the important nutrients. They are also good for fighting against free radicals that are caused by oxidative stress and environmental toxins. For this recipe, try spinach, collard greens celery, or cabbage.
- 4 collard leaves
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 cup of cabbage
- 1 cup of spinach
The celery will help to neutralize the other vegetables’ bitterness, but if you prefer, add an apple for taste.
