Hello everyone, my name is Steve and my passion is fitness. For years I never cared about fitness or health, but after a health set back in my late 20’s I decided it was time to become the healthiest version of myself that I can be. I am the first to tell you that that doesn’t mean a lifetime of a diet so strict you cannot go out to have a steak or a regimen so intense that you never leave the gym. I focused my re-building on finding the right balance of food, work outs, exercises and drinks that fit me and my lifestyle and i want to help you do the same. 
I have started this blog to help others on their path to fitness and meet other that have already found theirs and are just enjoying the things that life has to offer. Thanks for joining us and I look forward to us all being healthier together.
